First implemented in our Powering Agrifood Value Chains programme, REEEP’s enhanced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework utilises a number of proven approaches, including Theory of Change, Logical Framework Approach, Outcome Mapping (for stakeholder analysis) and Most Significant Change to build a tailored approach for each programme. Through this MEL framework, REEEP gains a deep understanding of and familiarity with a range of business models being applied in our focus sectors, while at the same time maintaining a high-level picture of the overall market.
